Pork neck steak

Ingredients: Pork neck steak, katsu don sauce, dried rosemary, dried parsley.  

Cooking instructions: Frying pan:  Melt butter in a pan over low heat.  Cook pork steak for 3-5 minutes on each side.  Grill:  Cook pork steak for 4-6 minutes on each side.  Oven:  Cook at 180°С degrees for 20-25 minutes. 

Storage duration and condition:  Keep refrigerated at 0°С+4°С degrees for 10-14 days.
